- Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license to rent
- Life vests must be worn at all times
- No alcohol consumption while operating the boat
- Maximum capacity: 6 passengers
- Security deposit required ($1,000)
- Must maintain slow-no wake speed within 100 feet of docks, swimming areas, or anchored vessels
- Must maintain slow-no wake speed within 200 feet of shoreline on Great Lakes or 100 feet on other shorelines
- Cannot operate in water less than 2 feet deep unless docking or at slow-no wake speed
- Gas will be paid upon return for the amount used

You must operate in water at least 2 feet deep, maintain slow-no wake speed within 100 feet of docks or swimming areas and within 200 feet of shoreline on Great Lakes. You must follow all Michigan boating laws and our staff will review these with you before your rental. Remember that you'll pay for gas used upon return of the boat.
